Have a really good laugh together

Laugh Yoga is becoming popular around the world. One of the best things about laughing is you can do it at any age. It is interesting to know that your body does not know the difference between fake deep laughter and the real thing but one often leads to the other. In laugh yoga one learns to laugh for no reason but you can also have prompts. YouTube has many comedy sketches to choose from or use funny films or CD’s, even a good joke book will work.

"The old saying that 'laughter is the best medicine,' definitely appears to be true when it comes to protecting your heart," says Michael Miller, M.D., director of the Center for Preventive Cardiology at the University of Maryland Medical Center and professor of medicine at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine.
