Morning Time: Take a Deep Breath

If you have managed a good rest, this is often the time of greatest energy in the day. If not, it is still great to start the day with a little exercise as it will wake you up and stimulate your energy. Start gently by simply taking some deep breaths. If you are caring for a parent, do this together. This gets more oxygen into the body and more toxic wastes out.
