Laugh Yoga is gradually becoming popular around the world. One of the best things about laughing is you can do it at any age. It is interesting to know that your body does not know the difference between fake deep laughter and the real thing but one often leads to the other. In laugh yoga one learns to laugh for no reason but you can also have prompts. YouTube has many comedy sketches to chose from or use funny films or CD’s, even a good joke book will work.
